Description
If you are looking for balloons on the stair railings, across a table or to decorate an area then this is for you. The one pictured is 4 feet long with a large foil added. Each quantity is for one foot of garland so you will need to add in the quantity that you would like by measuring the distance you want the garland to cover. Floor balloons, large foils and specialty balloons are not included and must be ordered separately. This garland is constructed using 5 inch and 11 inch balloons. Please let us know how they will be used so they can be sized correctly.
